Floor console air conditioning in Fulham
London's dense streets hold heat overnight, so top-floor flats and loft rooms often stay warm long after sunset. Where a house in Fulham has a bay window, a console can sit where the radiator was.
Where a room in Fulham has deep cornicing or a picture rail, a console keeps the walls above it clear. Fulham is about 3 miles from central London and falls within our London coverage. We cover SW6 and the streets around them.

Guide prices show VAT at 20%. HMRC treats most fixed air conditioners and air-to-air heat pumps installed in homes as energy-saving materials, zero-rated until 31 March 2027 when we supply and fit them. If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
England's rules let most houses fit an outdoor unit without a planning application, as long as the size, number and MCS 020(a) noise conditions are met. Flats, listed buildings and roof-mounted units are treated differently.
The survey
We book surveys in Fulham at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. On a survey in Fulham the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows.
