Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes, we service most makes and models of split, multi-split and cassette systems.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The price is agreed for each year and you can stop before the next visit.
Will a deep clean stop the smell?
In most cases, yes, because the smell comes from growth in the coil, fan and drain tray, which the deep clean removes.
