Who we are
Aircon Installers is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889), registered office Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. The company is part of the S&K Group, a West Midlands construction and property group whose businesses cover glazing, building supplies and property improvement.
What we do
We design, install and look after air conditioning and air-to-air heat pumps for homes: houses, flats, bungalows, garden rooms, annexes and rental properties. That covers single rooms through to whole-home heat pump systems, plus servicing, deep cleans, smart controls and repairs.
How we work
Every new installation starts with a survey and a written quote, free on the UK mainland. Installations are carried out by F-gas certified engineers working for us, and your contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, so you have one company responsible for the whole job.
What we will not do
- Quote a fixed price without seeing the property
- Top up a leaking system without finding the leak
- Show reviews, ratings or accreditations we do not have
- Present computer-generated images as real completed jobs
