Design-led and low-profile air conditioning in Evesham
Design-led units suit Evesham homes with feature walls or open-plan rooms where the unit is always in view. Hot spells in the West Midlands are shorter but intense, especially in loft rooms and rooms with big windows.
For Evesham houses with decorated or panelled walls, a slim unit with concealed pipework keeps the room looking finished. Our Worcestershire coverage takes in Evesham, about 13 miles from Worcester. Homes in WR11 are all within our coverage.
Prices in Evesham
Our West Midlands guide price for design-led air conditioning is £1,795–£3,595 per room, VAT included. It sits near the middle of UK prices. Concealed pipework, access equipment for high walls and any electrical work are what push prices towards the upper figure. On our West Midlands figures, the Flat-fronted option (flat panel unit in white, black or silver for a living room) is about £2,195–£2,895.

Guide prices show VAT at 20%. HMRC treats most fixed air conditioners and air-to-air heat pumps installed in homes as energy-saving materials, zero-rated until 31 March 2027 when we supply and fit them. If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
Since 29 May 2025, England's permitted development rules allow larger outdoor units (up to 1.5 m³) and no longer require a 1 m gap to the boundary, provided the MCS 020(a) noise check is met. Listed buildings and pitched-roof installs still need permission.
The survey
We book surveys in Evesham at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. A survey in Evesham usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes.
