What does the plan include?
One full service visit a year for each system: filter, coil, fan and drain cleaning, electrical and controls checks, and temperature and pressure readings. You get a written report after each visit. Repairs are quoted separately and agreed with you first.
How do I pay?
The plan price is agreed in writing before you join, per system per year. There is no long tie-in; you can stop the plan by letting us know before the next visit is booked.
Can you take over a system someone else fitted?
Yes. The first visit doubles as a condition check, and we tell you about anything that needs attention.

Home service plans prices
Guide prices for home service plans run from £95 to £165 per system per year, including VAT, depending on the options below. Annual service booked for you, reminders, written report, records kept. The visit price is agreed with you before we come.
Single system
One indoor and one outdoor unit.
Multi-split
One outdoor unit with two to four indoor units.
Several systems
Two or more systems at one address.
UK middle prices. London and the South East are typically higher and much of the North, Scotland and Wales a little lower; see your area page for a local figure.
