Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Peebles
Long Scottish heating seasons make efficiency in cold, damp weather the thing to design around. Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Peebles.
For a holiday home or annexe near Peebles, Wi-Fi control lets you warm it up before anyone arrives. Peebles lies roughly 15 miles from Galashiels, and we cover it as part of the Scottish Borders. Coverage includes EH45.
Prices in Peebles
Guide prices around Peebles run from £85 to £270 per indoor unit including VAT. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical Central and Southern Scotland labour rates. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. Typical Whole system work (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) lands around £225–£545 in this area.

The visit
Visits in Peebles are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out. A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed.
