Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Penicuik
Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Penicuik. Long Scottish heating seasons make efficiency in cold, damp weather the thing to design around.
Smart control is a simple upgrade for Penicuik homes with a working system but no app. Penicuik lies roughly 8 miles from Edinburgh, and we cover it as part of Edinburgh and the Lothians. Coverage includes EH26.
Prices in Penicuik
Budget around £85–£270 per indoor unit including VAT for smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in and around Penicuik. Labour rates in Central and Southern Scotland keep this slightly under the national middle. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. For reference, the Whole system option in Penicuik (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) usually comes to about £225–£545.

The visit
Visits in Penicuik are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out. A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed.
