Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Wellingborough
For a holiday home or annexe near Wellingborough, Wi-Fi control lets you warm it up before anyone arrives. Summer peaks in the East Midlands make bedrooms under the roof the hardest rooms to keep comfortable.
Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Wellingborough. Our Northamptonshire coverage takes in Wellingborough, about 9 miles from Northampton. Homes in NN8 are all within our coverage.
Prices in Wellingborough
Our East Midlands guide price for smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades is £90–£285 per indoor unit, VAT included. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical East Midlands labour rates. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. As an example, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) would typically be £235–£545 here.

The visit
We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find. Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts.
