Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades across Northamptonshire
Smart control is a simple upgrade for Northampton homes with a working system but no app. For a holiday home or annexe near Northampton, Wi-Fi control lets you warm it up before anyone arrives. Summer peaks in the East Midlands make bedrooms under the roof the hardest rooms to keep comfortable.
Prices in Northamptonshire
For Northamptonshire, expect roughly £90 to £285 per indoor unit, VAT included, adjusted for typical East Midlands rates. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical East Midlands labour rates. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. On our East Midlands figures, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) is about £235–£545.

Permissions
No planning or refrigerant work is involved in adding app control. If you rent your home in Northamptonshire, a quick word with your landlord is still sensible before anything is fitted.
The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find.
