Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades across Hertfordshire
Smart control is a simple upgrade for Watford homes with a working system but no app. Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Watford. The East of England is one of the sunniest and driest parts of the UK, which makes glazed rooms and lofts hard to keep cool.
Prices in Hertfordshire
For Hertfordshire, expect roughly £105 to £330 per indoor unit, VAT included, adjusted for typical East of England rates. That is above the UK middle, mainly because labour and access cost more in the East of England. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. On our East of England figures, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) is about £275–£645.

Permissions
Smart control upgrades need no permissions. We confirm your model's compatibility before booking and check the Wi-Fi signal where the indoor unit is mounted.
The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. Visits in Hertfordshire are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
