Air conditioning replacement and removal in Barry
In South and Mid Wales, efficient heating is often as important as cooling. Units over fifteen years old in Barry homes are worth replacing before they fail completely.
Replacements in Barry can often reuse an existing bracket and wall opening where they are sound. We cover Barry as part of South Glamorgan, roughly 7 miles from Cardiff. Homes in CF62 are all within our coverage.

Planning and permissions
In Wales, outdoor units of up to 1.5 m³ that meet MCS 020a noise limits are usually permitted development on houses; listed buildings need consent, and in conservation areas a unit cannot go on a wall or roof facing a road.
The survey
The free survey is where the real price is set: room measurements, pipe and drain routes, electrical checks and the outdoor unit position, all written into your quote. A survey in Barry usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes.
