Air conditioning replacement and removal in Morden
Units over fifteen years old in Morden homes are worth replacing before they fail completely. In London, heat soaks into brick and concrete during the day and comes back out at night, which is when it is hardest to sleep.
Replacements in Morden can often reuse an existing bracket and wall opening where they are sound. Morden lies roughly 8 miles from central London, and we cover it as part of London. Homes in SM4 are all within our coverage.

Planning and permissions
For most houses in Morden, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
A survey in Morden usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes.
