Air conditioning replacement and removal in Northwich
Replacements in Northwich can often reuse an existing bracket and wall opening where they are sound. Damp North West weather makes the dehumidifying mode of a modern split system genuinely useful for much of the year.
During building work in Northwich, units can be recovered and removed so the job can go ahead safely. Northwich sits around 10 miles from Warrington, inside our Cheshire area. Postcode districts we cover here include CW9.

Planning and permissions
For most houses in Northwich, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
Surveys in Northwich cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare. At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote.
