Northern Scotland's climate puts the emphasis on reliable, efficient heating, with cooling a minor bonus. For a home cinema in Stromness, we place the indoor unit so airflow stays away from the screen and seating.

Planning and permissions
Outdoor units on Scottish homes can often be installed without a planning application, but the conditions differ from England's, so we confirm the rules for your property at survey.
The survey
Surveys in Stromness are arranged around travel. We confirm the date and any travel, ferry or accommodation cost in writing before you commit, then the survey covers rooms, pipe routes, electrics and noise as normal. In Stromness we often start with photos, room measurements and the make of any existing system, so the survey visit is focused and any travel cost can be quoted in writing first.
