Home gym and media room air conditioning in Lower Earley
Garage gyms and media rooms in Lower Earley often face the same problem: thin walls and a lot of heat from people and equipment. The South East sees some of the UK's warmest summer days, and south-facing rooms and conservatories feel it first.
For a home cinema in Lower Earley, we place the indoor unit so airflow stays away from the screen and seating. We cover Lower Earley as part of Berkshire, roughly 3 miles from Reading. Coverage includes RG6 and RG2.

Planning and permissions
In England, most houses can have an outdoor unit under permitted development if it is no larger than 1.5 m³, meets the MCS 020(a) noise limit of 37 dB(A) at the nearest neighbour's window, and there are no more than two on a detached house or one on other houses. Listed buildings need consent.

A survey in Lower Earley usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes.
