Home gym and media room air conditioning in Crowthorne
Garage gyms and media rooms in Crowthorne often face the same problem: thin walls and a lot of heat from people and equipment. The South East sees some of the UK's warmest summer days, and south-facing rooms and conservatories feel it first.
For a home cinema in Crowthorne, we place the indoor unit so airflow stays away from the screen and seating. Crowthorne sits around 10 miles from Reading, inside our Berkshire area. Postcode districts we cover here include RG45.

Planning and permissions
England's rules let most houses fit an outdoor unit without a planning application, as long as the size, number and MCS 020(a) noise conditions are met. Flats, listed buildings and roof-mounted units are treated differently.
The survey
A survey in Crowthorne usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes. On a survey in Crowthorne the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows.
