Floor console air conditioning in Banbury
In the South East, loft rooms and glazed extensions can climb well above the outside temperature on a sunny afternoon. Where a room in Banbury has deep cornicing or a picture rail, a console keeps the walls above it clear.
If your home in Banbury is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. Banbury lies roughly 22 miles from Oxford, and we cover it as part of Oxfordshire. Coverage includes OX16.

Planning and permissions
For most houses in Banbury, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
Surveys in Banbury cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare. A survey in Banbury usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes.
