Floor console air conditioning in Merthyr Tydfil
Humid summer spells in South Wales make dehumidifying and cooling equally welcome. Where a room in Merthyr Tydfil has deep cornicing or a picture rail, a console keeps the walls above it clear.

Planning and permissions
Since 1 June 2026, Welsh permitted development rules for outdoor units closely match England's: up to 1.5 m³, two units on a detached home, one on other homes, and MCS 020a noise compliance. Listed buildings need consent, and conservation areas have extra restrictions on units facing a road.
