Floor console air conditioning in Newport, Isle of Wight
If your home in Newport is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. The South East sees some of the UK's warmest summer days, and south-facing rooms and conservatories feel it first.
Where a house in Newport has a bay window, a console can sit where the radiator was. Newport, Isle of Wight is one of the main towns we cover on the Isle of Wight, alongside Ryde and Cowes. That includes the PO30 postcode district.

Planning and permissions
England's rules let most houses fit an outdoor unit without a planning application, as long as the size, number and MCS 020(a) noise conditions are met. Flats, listed buildings and roof-mounted units are treated differently.
The survey
In Newport we often start with photos, room measurements and the make of any existing system, so the survey visit is focused and any travel cost can be quoted in writing first. Where travel is involved, we agree the survey arrangements and any travel cost up front. On the day, the engineer measures the rooms, checks the electrics and agrees the outdoor unit position with you.
