Floor console air conditioning in Tyldesley
Where a room in Tyldesley has deep cornicing or a picture rail, a console keeps the walls above it clear. North West summers are cooler, so many systems here earn their keep as efficient heaters, with cooling for the warmest weeks.
If your home in Tyldesley is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. Tyldesley lies roughly 10 miles from Manchester, and we cover it as part of Greater Manchester. We cover M29 and the streets around them.

If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
In England, most houses can have an outdoor unit under permitted development if it is no larger than 1.5 m³, meets the MCS 020(a) noise limit of 37 dB(A) at the nearest neighbour's window, and there are no more than two on a detached house or one on other houses. Listed buildings need consent.
The survey
Surveys in Tyldesley cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare. At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote.
