Ducted air conditioning in Spalding
For a renovation in Spalding, the best time to plan ducted cooling is before the plasterers arrive. East Midlands summers bring dry, sunny spells, so glazing and orientation matter most when sizing a unit.
In an older house in Spalding, the loft and any existing bulkheads decide whether a ducted layout will work. Spalding is about 34 miles from Lincoln and falls within our Lincolnshire coverage. We cover PE11 and the streets around them.

Our East Midlands guide price for ducted air conditioning is £5,245–£14,345 per system, VAT included. Labour rates in the East Midlands keep this slightly under the national middle. If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
Since 29 May 2025, England's permitted development rules allow larger outdoor units (up to 1.5 m³) and no longer require a 1 m gap to the boundary, provided the MCS 020(a) noise check is met. Listed buildings and pitched-roof installs still need permission.

We book surveys in Spalding at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards.
