Ducted air conditioning in Sleaford
In the East Midlands, one system that cools in summer and heats efficiently in winter makes good use of the investment. Ducted systems suit Sleaford loft conversions and new extensions where ceilings are being boarded anyway.
For a renovation in Sleaford, the best time to plan ducted cooling is before the plasterers arrive. Sleaford sits around 17 miles from Lincoln, inside our Lincolnshire area. We cover NG34 and the streets around them.

What moves a quote in Sleaford up or down is mostly pipe length, how high the outdoor unit goes, and whether a new electrical circuit is needed. As an example, the Zoned option (motorised dampers or two units for separate floors or room groups) would typically be £7,145–£10,495 here.

Planning and permissions
Since 29 May 2025, England's permitted development rules allow larger outdoor units (up to 1.5 m³) and no longer require a 1 m gap to the boundary, provided the MCS 020(a) noise check is met. Listed buildings and pitched-roof installs still need permission.

We book surveys in Sleaford at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. Surveys in Sleaford cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare.
