Design-led and low-profile air conditioning in Haverfordwest
In South and Mid Wales, efficient heating is often as important as cooling. Design-led units suit Haverfordwest homes with feature walls or open-plan rooms where the unit is always in view.
For Haverfordwest houses with decorated or panelled walls, a slim unit with concealed pipework keeps the room looking finished. We cover Haverfordwest as part of Dyfed, roughly 29 miles from Carmarthen. That includes the SA61 postcode district.

Planning and permissions
Wales removed its old 3 m boundary rule on 1 June 2026, so most houses in Haverfordwest can now have an outdoor unit under permitted development if it meets the MCS 020a noise condition. Listed buildings still need consent, and conservation areas have extra restrictions.
The survey
The free survey is where the real price is set: room measurements, pipe and drain routes, electrical checks and the outdoor unit position, all written into your quote. Surveys in Haverfordwest cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare.
