Deep clean and odour treatment in Accrington
If an indoor unit in Accrington drips from the front, a blocked drain tray is often the cause, which a deep clean clears. Milder summers in the North West mean designing for winter comfort as much as for a heatwave.
A musty smell on start-up is the most common sign that an indoor unit in Accrington needs a deep clean. Accrington sits around 14 miles from Preston, inside our Lancashire area. Coverage includes BB5.
Prices in Accrington
Guide prices around Accrington run from £140 to £235 per indoor unit including VAT. Labour rates in North West England keep this slightly under the national middle. The price depends mainly on how many indoor units need cleaning and whether the fan and coil need a full strip-down. As an example, the Two units option (deep clean of two indoor units on one visit) would typically be £250–£395 here.

Deep clean of a single indoor unit.

Permissions
No planning or F-gas work is involved in a deep clean, though the engineer will tell you if the system shows signs of a refrigerant leak.
The visit
We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find. A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed.
