Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Amesbury
Coastal breezes help, but inland South West towns and glazed rooms still see uncomfortable peaks. Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Amesbury.
Smart control is a simple upgrade for Amesbury homes with a working system but no app. Our Wiltshire coverage takes in Amesbury, about 26 miles from Swindon. We cover SP4 and the streets around them.
Prices in Amesbury
Budget around £95–£295 per indoor unit including VAT for smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in and around Amesbury. It sits near the middle of UK prices. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. On our South West England figures, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) is about £245–£595.
