Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in East Grinstead
Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting East Grinstead. Summers in the South East are among the warmest in the country, so cooling often comes first, with efficient winter heating as a bonus.
Smart control is a simple upgrade for East Grinstead homes with a working system but no app. East Grinstead is about 8 miles from Crawley and falls within our West Sussex coverage. Homes in RH19 are all within our coverage.
Prices in East Grinstead
Budget around £115–£360 per indoor unit including VAT for smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in and around East Grinstead. Prices here sit above the national middle, reflecting South East England labour rates and parking and access costs. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. For reference, the Whole system option in East Grinstead (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) usually comes to about £300–£745.

Permissions
Fitting a Wi-Fi module does not touch the refrigerant circuit and needs no planning permission; the only checks are model compatibility and a reliable signal at the indoor unit.
The visit
We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find. Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts.
