Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Chichester
Smart control is a simple upgrade for Chichester homes with a working system but no app. Summers in the South East are among the warmest in the country, so cooling often comes first, with efficient winter heating as a bonus.
For a holiday home or annexe near Chichester, Wi-Fi control lets you warm it up before anyone arrives. Chichester is about 32 miles from Crawley and falls within our West Sussex coverage. Homes in PO19 are all within our coverage.
Prices in Chichester
Guide prices around Chichester run from £115 to £360 per indoor unit including VAT. South East England is one of the dearer parts of the UK for trades, which shows in the range. The price depends on how many indoor units need a module and whether your model takes a manufacturer adapter or an infrared controller. As an example, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) would typically be £300–£745 here.

Permissions
Fitting a Wi-Fi module does not touch the refrigerant circuit and needs no planning permission; the only checks are model compatibility and a reliable signal at the indoor unit.
The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. Visits in Chichester are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
