More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find.
