Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Pontypridd
Smart control is a simple upgrade for Pontypridd homes with a working system but no app. In South and Mid Wales, efficient heating is often as important as cooling.
Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Pontypridd. Pontypridd sits around 12 miles from Bridgend, inside our Mid Glamorgan area. That includes the CF37 postcode district.
Prices in Pontypridd
Budget around £85–£270 per indoor unit including VAT for smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in and around Pontypridd. It is a touch below the UK middle, as trade rates in South and Mid Wales tend to be. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. As an example, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) would typically be £225–£545 here.

No planning or refrigerant work is involved in adding app control. If you rent your home in Pontypridd, a quick word with your landlord is still sensible before anything is fitted.
The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts.
