Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Stratford
In London, heat soaks into brick and concrete during the day and comes back out at night, which is when it is hardest to sleep. Smart control is a simple upgrade for Stratford homes with a working system but no app.
Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Stratford. We cover Stratford as part of London, roughly 6 miles from central London. Homes in E15 are all within our coverage.
Prices in Stratford
Our London guide price for smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades is £125–£390 per indoor unit, VAT included. Prices here sit above the national middle, reflecting London labour rates and parking and access costs. The price depends on how many indoor units need a module and whether your model takes a manufacturer adapter or an infrared controller. For reference, the Whole system option in Stratford (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) usually comes to about £325–£795.

Permissions
Fitting a Wi-Fi module does not touch the refrigerant circuit and needs no planning permission; the only checks are model compatibility and a reliable signal at the indoor unit.
The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. Visits in Stratford are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
