Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Croydon
In London, heat soaks into brick and concrete during the day and comes back out at night, which is when it is hardest to sleep. For a holiday home or annexe near Croydon, Wi-Fi control lets you warm it up before anyone arrives.
Smart control is a simple upgrade for Croydon homes with a working system but no app. Croydon lies roughly 8 miles from central London, and we cover it as part of London. Homes in CR0, CR7 and CR9 are all within our coverage.
Prices in Croydon
Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Croydon typically come in at £125–£390 per indoor unit including VAT, based on London rates. Prices here sit above the national middle, reflecting London labour rates and parking and access costs. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. On our London figures, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) is about £325–£795.

Permissions
No planning or refrigerant work is involved in adding app control. If you rent your home in Croydon, a quick word with your landlord is still sensible before anything is fitted.
The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. Visits in Croydon are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
