Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades across Leicestershire
For a holiday home or annexe near Leicester, Wi-Fi control lets you warm it up before anyone arrives. Smart control is a simple upgrade for Leicester homes with a working system but no app. In the East Midlands, one system that cools in summer and heats efficiently in winter makes good use of the investment.
Prices in Leicestershire
For Leicestershire, expect roughly £90 to £285 per indoor unit, VAT included, adjusted for typical East Midlands rates. It is a touch below the UK middle, as trade rates in the East Midlands tend to be. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. As an example, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) would typically be £235–£545 here.

Permissions
Smart control upgrades need no permissions. We confirm your model's compatibility before booking and check the Wi-Fi signal where the indoor unit is mounted.
The visit
Visits in Leicestershire are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out. A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed.
