Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Dingwall
In the Highlands, Islands and the North East of Scotland, systems are sized for cold winter days first. Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Dingwall.
Smart control is a simple upgrade for Dingwall homes with a working system but no app. Dingwall lies roughly 11 miles from Inverness, and we cover it as part of the Highlands. That includes the IV15 postcode district.
Prices in Dingwall
Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Dingwall typically come in at £85–£265 per indoor unit including VAT, based on Highlands, Islands and North East Scotland rates. Labour rates in the Highlands, Islands and North East Scotland keep this slightly under the national middle. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. Typical Whole system work (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) lands around £220–£545 in this area.

Permissions
No planning or refrigerant work is involved in adding app control. If you rent your home in Dingwall, a quick word with your landlord is still sensible before anything is fitted.
The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed.
