Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades across Gwent
Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Newport. For a holiday home or annexe near Newport, Wi-Fi control lets you warm it up before anyone arrives. South Wales summers can be warm and humid, and winters damp, so a reversible system earns its keep all year.
Prices in Gwent
Guide prices around Gwent run from £85 to £270 per indoor unit including VAT. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical South and Mid Wales labour rates. The price depends on how many indoor units need a module and whether your model takes a manufacturer adapter or an infrared controller. As an example, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) would typically be £225–£545 here.

The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find.
