Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades across Fife
Smart control is a simple upgrade for Dunfermline homes with a working system but no app. Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Dunfermline. Long Scottish heating seasons make efficiency in cold, damp weather the thing to design around.
Prices in Fife
For Fife, expect roughly £85 to £270 per indoor unit, VAT included, adjusted for typical Central and Southern Scotland rates. It is a touch below the UK middle, as trade rates in Central and Southern Scotland tend to be. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. As an example, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) would typically be £225–£545 here.

The visit
We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find. Visits in Fife are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
