Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Annan
Long Scottish heating seasons make efficiency in cold, damp weather the thing to design around. Smart control is a simple upgrade for Annan homes with a working system but no app.
For a holiday home or annexe near Annan, Wi-Fi control lets you warm it up before anyone arrives. Annan lies roughly 15 miles from Dumfries, and we cover it as part of Dumfries and Galloway. Coverage includes DG12.
Prices in Annan
Guide prices around Annan run from £85 to £270 per indoor unit including VAT. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical Central and Southern Scotland labour rates. More indoor units, or older models that need an infrared controller instead of a plug-in adapter, are what move the price. As an example, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) would typically be £225–£545 here.

Permissions
No planning or refrigerant work is involved in adding app control. If you rent your home in Annan, a quick word with your landlord is still sensible before anything is fitted.
The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. Visits in Annan are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
