Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Kilwinning
In central and southern Scotland, heat pump heating is usually the main reason to install, especially in homes on electric heating. Smart control is a simple upgrade for Kilwinning homes with a working system but no app.
Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Kilwinning. Our Ayrshire coverage takes in Kilwinning, about 9 miles from Kilmarnock. Coverage includes KA13.
Prices in Kilwinning
For Kilwinning, expect roughly £85 to £270 per indoor unit, VAT included, adjusted for typical Central and Southern Scotland rates. Labour rates in Central and Southern Scotland keep this slightly under the national middle. The price depends on how many indoor units need a module and whether your model takes a manufacturer adapter or an infrared controller. As an example, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) would typically be £225–£545 here.

No planning or refrigerant work is involved in adding app control. If you rent your home in Kilwinning, a quick word with your landlord is still sensible before anything is fitted.
The visit
We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find. Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts.
