Smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades in Peterhead
Most home systems from the last decade can take a plug-in Wi-Fi adapter, and we confirm yours from the model number before visiting Peterhead. Northern Scotland's climate puts the emphasis on reliable, efficient heating, with cooling a minor bonus.
Smart control is a simple upgrade for Peterhead homes with a working system but no app. Peterhead lies roughly 28 miles from Aberdeen, and we cover it as part of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Coverage includes AB42.
Prices in Peterhead
Our Highlands, Islands and North East Scotland guide price for smart controls and Wi-Fi upgrades is £85–£265 per indoor unit, VAT included. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical Highlands, Islands and North East Scotland labour rates. The price depends on how many indoor units need a module and whether your model takes a manufacturer adapter or an infrared controller. As an example, the Whole system option (modules for two to four indoor units, one app) would typically be £220–£545 here.

Permissions
No planning or refrigerant work is involved in adding app control. If you rent your home in Peterhead, a quick word with your landlord is still sensible before anything is fitted.
The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find.
