Air conditioning replacement and removal in Clevedon
Units over fifteen years old in Clevedon homes are worth replacing before they fail completely. South West summers are milder on the coast, but sheltered towns and south-facing rooms still overheat, and efficient winter heating matters just as much.
During building work in Clevedon, units can be recovered and removed so the job can go ahead safely. Clevedon lies roughly 31 miles from Taunton, and we cover it as part of Somerset. Postcode districts we cover here include BS21.

Planning and permissions
In England, most houses can have an outdoor unit under permitted development if it is no larger than 1.5 m³, meets the MCS 020(a) noise limit of 37 dB(A) at the nearest neighbour's window, and there are no more than two on a detached house or one on other houses. Listed buildings need consent.
The survey
On a survey in Clevedon the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows. The free survey is where the real price is set: room measurements, pipe and drain routes, electrical checks and the outdoor unit position, all written into your quote.
