Prices in Willesden
Air conditioning replacement and removal in Willesden typically comes in at £255–£645 to remove and recover one system including VAT, based on London rates. London is one of the dearer parts of the UK for trades, which shows in the range. The biggest variables are the pipe route, access for the outdoor unit and the state of the consumer unit, all of which the survey settles. As an example, the Like-for-like option (replace one system using sound existing routes) would typically be £1,495–£2,945 here.
Remove only
Recover and remove one system, make good.
Like-for-like
Replace one system using sound existing routes.
Upgrade

Planning and permissions
England's rules let most houses fit an outdoor unit without a planning application, as long as the size, number and MCS 020(a) noise conditions are met. Flats, listed buildings and roof-mounted units are treated differently.

We book surveys in Willesden at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards.
