Air conditioning replacement and removal in Saddleworth
Replacements in Saddleworth can often reuse an existing bracket and wall opening where they are sound. Damp North West weather makes the dehumidifying mode of a modern split system genuinely useful for much of the year.
Units over fifteen years old in Saddleworth homes are worth replacing before they fail completely. Our Greater Manchester coverage takes in Saddleworth, about 11 miles from Manchester. Homes in OL3 and OL4 are all within our coverage.

Planning and permissions
For most houses in Saddleworth, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
We book surveys in Saddleworth at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. On a survey in Saddleworth the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows.
