Air conditioning replacement and removal across Dumfries and Galloway
Units over fifteen years old in Dumfries homes are worth replacing before they fail completely. Replacements in Dumfries can often reuse an existing bracket and wall opening where they are sound. In central and southern Scotland, heat pump heating is usually the main reason to install, especially in homes on electric heating.

The survey
On a survey in Dumfries and Galloway the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows. Surveys in Dumfries and Galloway cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare.
