Exposed coastal sites in North Wales call for outdoor units placed out of the wind and salt spray where possible. Units over fifteen years old in Brymbo homes are worth replacing before they fail completely.
Replacements in Brymbo can often reuse an existing bracket and wall opening where they are sound. Brymbo sits around 3 miles from Wrexham, inside our Clwyd area. Homes in LL11 are all within our coverage.

Planning and permissions
Since 1 June 2026, Welsh permitted development rules for outdoor units closely match England's: up to 1.5 m³, two units on a detached home, one on other homes, and MCS 020a noise compliance. Listed buildings need consent, and conservation areas have extra restrictions on units facing a road.
The survey
At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote. Surveys in Brymbo cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare.
