New build and renovation air conditioning in Bexley
London's dense streets hold heat overnight, so top-floor flats and loft rooms often stay warm long after sunset. For new Bexley extensions with flat roofs, the outdoor unit position is best agreed against the architect's drawings.
First-fix pipework in Bexley extensions goes in while the joists and studs are open. Our London coverage takes in Bexley, about 12 miles from central London. Postcode districts we cover here include DA15.
Prices in Bexley
Air conditioning for new builds and renovations in Bexley typically comes in at £495–£1,195 per indoor position (first fix) including VAT, based on London rates. That is above the UK middle, mainly because labour and access cost more in London. What moves a quote in Bexley up or down is mostly pipe length, how high the outdoor unit goes, and whether a new electrical circuit is needed. On our London figures, the First and second fix option (complete install priced per room including units) is about £1,895–£3,895.

If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Working with your builder
First-fix work is about coordination, while the outdoor unit follows the normal planning rules for the property.

At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote. We book surveys in Bexley at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards.
