New build and renovation air conditioning in Brymbo
First-fix pipework in Brymbo extensions goes in while the joists and studs are open. Mild North Wales summers mean heat pump heating is usually the headline benefit.
For new Brymbo extensions with flat roofs, the outdoor unit position is best agreed against the architect's drawings. Brymbo is about 3 miles from Wrexham and falls within our Clwyd coverage. Homes in LL11 are all within our coverage.
Prices in Brymbo
For Brymbo, expect roughly £370 to £845 per indoor position (first fix), VAT included, adjusted for typical North Wales rates. Labour rates in North Wales keep this slightly under the national middle. Longer or hidden pipe runs, high-level brackets and electrical upgrades are the usual reasons a quote lands at the top of the range. For reference, the First and second fix option in Brymbo (complete install priced per room including units) usually comes to about £1,345–£2,745.

Guide prices show VAT at 20%. HMRC treats most fixed air conditioners and air-to-air heat pumps installed in homes as energy-saving materials, zero-rated until 31 March 2027 when we supply and fit them. If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Working with your builder
On build projects the main thing is timing with your builder and electrician; we fit first-fix pipework before plastering and agree the outdoor unit position early.
The survey
The free survey is where the real price is set: room measurements, pipe and drain routes, electrical checks and the outdoor unit position, all written into your quote. We book surveys in Brymbo at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards.
