Multi-split air conditioning in Llandudno
North Wales has mild, damp weather for much of the year, so efficient heating and dehumidifying are big benefits. Twin and triple systems suit Llandudno homes where bedrooms sit above the kitchen and one rear wall can take the outdoor unit.
In a house in Llandudno with a usable loft, multi-split pipes can often run through it so the front stays clear. Llandudno lies roughly 40 miles from Wrexham, and we cover it as part of Clwyd. Homes in LL30 are all within our coverage.
Prices in Llandudno

On our North Wales figures, the Triple option (three rooms with mixed indoor styles and Wi-Fi control throughout) is about £3,145–£5,095.
Twin
Two rooms on one outdoor unit, wall-mounted indoor units, standard routes.
Triple
Three rooms with mixed indoor styles and Wi-Fi control throughout.
Quad
Four or five rooms, longer concealed runs or a ducted unit in a loft void.
Guide prices show VAT at 20%. HMRC treats most fixed air conditioners and air-to-air heat pumps installed in homes as energy-saving materials, zero-rated until 31 March 2027 when we supply and fit them. If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
Wales removed its old 3 m boundary rule on 1 June 2026, so most houses in Llandudno can now have an outdoor unit under permitted development if it meets the MCS 020a noise condition. Listed buildings still need consent, and conservation areas have extra restrictions.
