Home service plans in Holywood
Damp Northern Ireland winters make a heat pump's dehumidifying mode useful well beyond the summer. A yearly service plan saves Holywood households from having to remember when the system was last looked at.
Spring is the most useful time for a service visit in Holywood, before the first warm spell. Holywood sits around 6 miles from Bangor, County Down, inside our County Down area. We cover BT18 and the streets around them.
Prices in Holywood
In Northern Ireland, our guide range for home service plans is £85–£150 per system per year, including VAT. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical Northern Ireland labour rates. Plans are priced per system per year, with more indoor units or several systems at one address costing more. As an example, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) would typically be £150–£270 here.
