Away from the coast, West Midlands summers can turn hot quickly, and bedrooms under the roof are the first to suffer. Basement and garage rooms in Aldridge usually need a quick check of the supply and the drainage route before quoting.

Planning and permissions
For most houses in Aldridge, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote. We book surveys in Aldridge at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards.
