Home gym and media room air conditioning in North Shields
Cooler North East summers mean cooling is mostly needed in lofts, conservatories and rooms with large windows. For a home cinema in North Shields, we place the indoor unit so airflow stays away from the screen and seating.
Garage gyms and media rooms in North Shields often face the same problem: thin walls and a lot of heat from people and equipment. North Shields is about 7 miles from Newcastle upon Tyne and falls within our Tyne and Wear coverage. Postcode districts we cover here include NE29 and NE30.

Planning and permissions
In England, most houses can have an outdoor unit under permitted development if it is no larger than 1.5 m³, meets the MCS 020(a) noise limit of 37 dB(A) at the nearest neighbour's window, and there are no more than two on a detached house or one on other houses. Listed buildings need consent.
