Home gym and media room air conditioning in Finchley
The urban heat island effect means London bedrooms can stay uncomfortably warm on summer nights. Basement and garage rooms in Finchley usually need a quick check of the supply and the drainage route before quoting.
Garage gyms and media rooms in Finchley often face the same problem: thin walls and a lot of heat from people and equipment. Finchley lies roughly 8 miles from central London, and we cover it as part of London. We cover N3 and the streets around them.

Planning and permissions
England's rules let most houses fit an outdoor unit without a planning application, as long as the size, number and MCS 020(a) noise conditions are met. Flats, listed buildings and roof-mounted units are treated differently.
The survey
We book surveys in Finchley at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. A survey in Finchley usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes.
